5. Service terms — commercial cleaning specifications
5.1 Enquiries and walk-throughs
Submitting an enquiry through the contact form does not create a contract between us. A contract for services is only formed when both parties have signed a written cleaning specification or a separate services agreement. Nothing is priced or agreed before the building has been measured and the scope agreed in writing.
5.2 Specification documents
Cleaning specifications produced by tekranowfindr are prepared for the specific building and the specific scope agreed during the walk-through. They are not transferable to other premises without a new walk-through and a revised document.
5.3 Service contracts
The specific terms governing any cleaning services contract — including pricing, payment terms, notice periods, absence and cover procedures, variation procedure, and termination — are contained in the signed specification and any associated services agreement. These Terms and Conditions do not override or replace the terms of a signed contract.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Irish law, tekranowfindr shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from use of this Site or from reliance on the information it contains. Our total liability to you in connection with this Site shall not exceed the amount (if any) paid by you for services in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
